Submit your EMT Documents

All documents must be submitted before registration.

Below are the required documents to be eligible for the EMT program at Northern Pennsylvania Regional College.  

- Tuberculin 2-step Test Form

- Immunization records - MMR, Chicken Pox, Hepatitis B

- FBI Fingerprinting - Must be acquired within 90 days of the first day of class. Use code 1KG756

We will keep you informed of any remaining materials we need from you as we process your submitted documents.
