Below are the required documents to be eligible for the EMT program at Northern Pennsylvania Regional College.

- Driver's License

- FBI Fingerprinting - Must be acquired within 90 days of the first day of class. Use code 1KG756

- Photo for student ID

- PA State Criminal Background Check

- Child Abuse Clearance

- NIMS IS-100.C - Introduction to the Incident Management System

- NIMS IS-700.B - An Introduction to the National Incident Management System

- Hazardous Materials Awareness - Train PA (Requires FEMA SID from NIMS training)

We will keep you informed of any remaining materials we need from you as we process your submitted documents. Please note that the FEMA and Train PA links can change without notice, and will result in an access error. If you try to go to the websites and they do not work, please report as soon as possible to admissions@nprc.edu. Additionally, if the government is in shut-down, the FEMA site will not be accessible.
